Furnitures Delivery Policy
For Sydney metropolitan postcodes, we offer a flat-rate full service delivery for furniture & heavy items for Sydney-based customers.
Full service delivery includes a designated delivery day, assembly, and rubbish removal. The delivery costs are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart at the checkout page.
For customers outside these areas, you will be quoted and invoiced for delivery within one business day of placing your order. JAGCOMM reserves the right to levy additional freight costs for delivery in remote/rural areas or for furniture & large/heavy orders or where access is limited or difficult or via stairs only. Christmas Shipping Dates - Australia Post - EXPRESS POST: Anywhere in Australia (except WA and NT), 20th December for delivery by XMAS.

All orders can be expected to be delivered within 2-7 business days, unless we are out of a product you have ordered in which case we will contact you advise of delivery time on that item.

If you would like to return you items that don't suit undamaged and in their original packaging will we give you store credit for that amount of your purchase.

What do you do if your goods arrived damaged or broken?
Please let us know, send a picture of the damage in the original packaging and we can replace it for you at no charge.
